to join our team of professionals.
THE POSITION
- The position will be closely conntected to sales and client service and involve assisting the Key Account Managers presenting the system as well as supporting test customers.
- You will be in a close connection to our customers, maintaining the good relations to them and manage customer response and requests.
- You will link between our UK sales team and our technical Client-Service-Support in Dreieich near Frankfurt.
- You will manage customer-projects and keep them on track together with our Project Management in Dreieich.
- You will work from our office in London and with customers in UK and Ireland - but see them on a regular base at their site
YOUR PROFILE
- Experience in sales and customer-relationship-management.
- Experience in IT- and / or online-media industries .
- You are fluent in spoken and written English.
- Ability to work in a team as well as independently.
- Willingness to work with set goals.
- Responsible working-manner.
